NJORD Law Firm strengthens business with new partner in the corporate department
On August 1, 2024, NJORD Law Firm welcomed attorney and partner Vivek Kailas, who specializes in M&A, corporate, and corporate finance.
Vivek Kailas has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer. In addition to his legal qualifications, he holds a Master in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. Kailas has extensive experience advising both Danish and international clients on business acquisitions and has handled countless M&A transactions over the years.
