Frederik Tram is an experienced attorney and NJORD’s corporate partner in Jylland. He specializes in M&A as well as corporate and foundation law.
Throughout his career, Frederik has advised a number of major Danish and international companies and negotiated numerous complex, commercial contracts. He has also been a manager and in-house lawyer at one of Denmark’s largest companies, gaining extensive experience in legal compliance, risk management, crisis management, audits, board and executive advisory services, and legal investigations.
Frederik’s background includes working with some of Denmark's largest law firms, and he also has experience in intellectual property law, marketing law, and competition law. Beyond his legal practice, he has worked as an external lecturer and delivered lectures in corporate law at Aarhus University.
He is accessible, pragmatic, and efficient, offering broad strategic and commercial advice of high quality to NJORD’s clients.
