Attorney Lene Ishøj specializes in transport law and international trade and has gained significant experience in com-plex litigation within the regulatory field of transport and shipping. She has assisted both Danish and international transport companies in corporate criminal cases.
With an in-depth knowledge of the transport sector, Lene Ishøj has provided legal counsel to shipping companies, freight forwarders, and transport businesses in connection with legal disputes and contractual matters.
Furthermore, Lene Ishøj has extensive experience assisting transport companies with contract review, compliance, and EU law. She advises on structural and legal aspects to ensure that companies operate efficiently and in compli-ance with both national and EU legislation.
In 2025, Lene Ishøj received a Leading Associate rating from Legal 500 for her consistently outstanding work. She is a member of Comité Maritime International (CMI) as well as Young CMI, a subdivision of CMI for younger lawyers.
