ATTENTION! FRAUD CALLS

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the last few months, unknown persons have been offering to enter into an agreement for the provision of legal services with the company Baltic Nordic Legal, while creating the impression or directly mentioning in a telephone conversation that this company is a part of or related to our law firm ZAB NJORD SIA.

Since some of the clients contacted by these individuals have contacted us to verify if these individuals are indeed acting on behalf of our law office, we currently have the following information about these individuals:

1. They use the Internet sites www.njordi.com and https://lawportal.com/njord-law-firm/service-area/baltic-nordic-legal/&…; for their activities.

2. They contact individuals who have lost money in crypto investments, offering them assistance in recovering lost funds.

3. They introduce themselves as Nikolai Sokolovsky, Elena Davydova, Victoria Ogdenko, Margarita Kashevich, Valentin Loginov (the list is incomplete).

4. A company with this name is not registered in the Latvian Register of Enterprises.

In this regard, law firm ZAB NJORD SIA would like to declare the following:

1. Law firm ZAB NJORD SIA has no relation to the activities of these individuals, companies, and sites.

2. Law firm ZAB NJORD SIA uses only the website www.njordlaw.com in its activities.

3. All employees of our law firm are listed on our website here.

4. Our employees never offer to enter into an agreement with Baltic Nordic Legal.

5. We have reason to believe that these persons are trying to commit fraud (Article 177 of the Criminal Law of Latvia) using the identity of our law firm.

6. Since individuals are using fictitious data, we believe that this is not an honest offer of services, but an attempt to defraud people of money.

7. We strongly recommend not to enter into any relationship with them, and under no circumstances transfer funds to them.
